Terms of sale and return

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply between https://www.zennative.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) with regard to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods. The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop. The prices of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. The price does not include delivery charges. The information about the goods is indicated on the Online Shop directly next to the goods. The Online Shop reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of sale and the sale prices. These changes will be reflected on the website.
Placing an order
To place an order, you need to add the desired products to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the charge, which can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method, will then be displayed.
The contract enters into force from the date of receipt of the amount on the account of the Online Shop.
In the event that the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification is sent.
The online shop reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer has placed an order prior to the effective date of the price changes, the Customer will be charged the price of the goods at the time of invoicing. The Customer shall not be entitled to claim a refund of the difference.
The goods will be shipped to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland Shipping costs will be paid by the Online Shop. In general, all shipments will arrive at the destination specified by the Customer within 2-7 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract.
Liability and force majeure
The Online shop is not liable for damages caused to the buyer or the delay in the delivery of the product if the damage or the delay in the delivery of the product is due to a circumstance that the Online shop could not influence or foresee.
Right of withdrawal
Goods purchased from the https://www.zennative.lt online store are subject to the warranty and return policy provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Purchased goods are subject to a 14-day right of return upon receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If the goods have been used for a purpose other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online shop has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.
The customer must notify the request for return of the goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods by writing a free-form request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The request must include the name of the customer, the name of the product and the order number. The customer will be reimbursed for the returned goods immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation request. The customer must either return the goods within 14 days of the date of the request or provide proof that he/she has delivered the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. The online shop may refuse to refund until the goods covered by the contract have been returned or the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. Perishable and outdated products will not be refunded. The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to reclaim the goods from the customer if, due to a mistake, the price of the goods is indicated in the online shop as being significantly below the market price of the goods.
The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the customer. If the goods purchased from the Webshop have defects for which the Webshop is liable, the Webshop will repair or replace the defective goods. In the event that the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Webshop will reimburse the customer for all the fees related to the sales contract. The online shop shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online shop uses the personal data entered by the Customer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the Customer. The online shop forwards the personal data to the company providing the transport service for the delivery of the goods. The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the Customer to the Customer’s email address only if the Customer has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mailings by entering his/her email address on the website. The Buyer has the possibility to unsubscribe at any time from the offers and newsletters sent by e-mail by informing us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Disputes and disagreements arising from these terms and conditions shall be settled by negotiation between the parties. In the event that disputes and disagreements between the parties cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, both parties have the right to take legal action to defend their rights before the Consumer Protection Office or the courts.
